Insight cycle and audit cycle were the same engagement budget.
In regulated industries, the data platform that satisfies the auditor often does so by sacrificing the speed of insight. The customer wanted both — auditor satisfaction and insight velocity — on a single system, not on two systems with different optimization profiles.
